Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to high demand and supplier handling times, some orders may take slightly longer to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another once it has shipped.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Partners Orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted suppliers and shipped via major carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–7 business days. If you do not receive tracking details after this time, please contact us at ShopAuralisScents@gmail.com

Split Shipments In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at ShopAuralisScents@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
